Rhea Rodriguez

A Christian creative from the Philippines whose ultimate desire is to make God known expressed in her songs, inspired by Christian faith.

The music journey started to develop in her childhood, found the passion in creative writing in 6th grade and began engaging in singing/songwriting opportunities from High School to College. A door has finally been opened to perform her original music as an independent artist (using the name "Solong Aki'' which means ''only child'' in Bicol dialect) in 2017 in a busking event organized by Mga Indie Buskeros ng Maynila.

Received clarity of purpose in the same year, 2017, when she encountered God's love and compassion during the most low point of her life. New doors has been opened allowing her to create & collaborate more with people with similar advocacies on Christian faith, nation building & environment. From 2018, she got actively participated in gigs hosted by independent music groups & joined a band, ALAB (Awit Likha Alay Kay Bathala). Also engaged in music & film projects as an actress, music composer/arranger & voice actor, collaborating with organizations such as ABP Films, Sound Design Manila, CBNAsia, Make It Makati, Musika Publiko & Rise Above Production.
